CAP Systems has contracted with CAFCA (Connecticut Association for Community Action) to create an XML feed of the data gathered in an intake of the CAPTAIN System to feed a web service that returns a report which allows community action agency customers to leverage more possible services from the state DSS Human Service Programs.
